While I liked the way Mani sung the song but I am amused by the emotional reactions of the other Kids! It's bizarre! At 3:15 the 3 girl contestants are embracing each other as if that were the last moment in this world. LOL! It looks totally Melodramatic! And at 4:51 Rituraj is crying! Instead of sitting on the Sofa and listening to Mani's song with rapt attention, they are more interested in Melodrama. LOL! I really wonder if these Kids can be so emotional or were asked to behave that way?

@ I think makers of superstar singer and Sony asked them to do that because the reaction very melodrama and you could say same thing for Indian idol 12 because that too had allot of melodrama stuff in it..

In the earlier episodes, the non-singing Contestants used to rush to the stage in the remaining few moments of the song to EMBRACE the singer. This is totally unnecessary and irritating, as the song is not yet complete. The Sony admin should come to it's Senses and STOP such unnecessary Nautanki! But I certainly like the contestants Dancing while someone is Singing. I also like some good Jokes exchanged btwn the Judges and Contestants. I certainly did not like the Maudlin Melodrama on display in the video when Mani is singing the sad song. The contestants should be sitting quietly and not embrace each others in that laughable manner! STOP THIS NAUTANKI, SONY SAAB!

I'm Irish so don't understand the lyrics, but this moved me to tears. I was compelled to search for a version with lyrics. Such a beautiful song and tribute to all mothers (considering my own mother spent 4 years of her childhood in India). In the earlier episodes, the non-singing Contestants used to rush to the stage in the remaining few moments of the song to EMBRACE the singer. This is totally unnecessary and irritating, as the song is not yet complete.
The Sony admin should come to it's Senses and STOP such unnecessary Nautanki!
But I certainly like the contestants Dancing while someone is Singing. I also like some good Jokes exchanged btwn the Judges and Contestants.
I certainly did not like the Maudlin Melodrama on display in the video when Mani is singing the sad song. The contestants should be sitting quietly and not embrace each others in that laughable manner!

I'm Irish so don't understand the lyrics, but this moved me to tears. I was compelled to search for a version with lyrics. Such a beautiful song and tribute to all mothers (considering my own mother spent 4 years of her childhood in India).
