I don’t know how I missed this one. Channel 4 didn’t half make some memorable programmes in the early 2000s and this would have caught my attention for sure. Great documentary, as ever.
I've never heard of this show, but it looks very interesting. Clearly this was Channel 4's attempt at cashing in on the "glamour" of organised crime that BBC1 were perpetrating with Hustle, which was a great show. BTW, would you consider doing a video on Wanted? It was also on Channel 4 and was a precurser to Hunted that we have now, teams of trackers hunting down contestants each week during a live show where they call from a Phone Box into the studio. Limited by technology contraints, and very different between series 1 and 2 but it was a great show not enough people knew about
@@officialbackintheday I remember uploading my own rips of my own VHS recordings of series 2 to torrent sites many, many years ago. As for if they are still out there I don’t know. I didn’t have series 1 sadly, and have no idea where my discs of series 2 would be
@@the50ftnerd98Would love to see the first episode from season 2 as it's not on TH-cam. I only remember the end of season 2 from back then as I was more a fan of Ray Cokes so that's how I got into the show. I was gutted when it didn't come back. Such a great show.
Along with The Real Hustle, this was a pretty good show at showing what clever social programming can be done to very criminal effect. I liked it and, so thanks for reminding me of it. I
These nostalgia trips have been great. This sounds like something I would have watched tat the time and I probably did, I'm just struggling to actually have memories of it.
Not gonna lie I thought this was something to do with Derren Brown to start with lol Though man It's a shame I missed this as this would have been something I would have totally would have loved had I seen it when it was aired
Watched this video yesterday and like how the show played out some I binged watched all 3 episodes on you tube last night..... I wonder if the 3 episode was special for each memeber? Only one you didn't get was hacking and the main boss that's what it have me the impression
Doesn’t seem like my kind of thing but an interesting video regardless. Weird too because this era of tv seems like it was yesterday. Not in that wistful nostalgic way, but in a “oh God what do you mean a decade ago?” way.

I absolutely loved Wanted! I haven't been able to find good quality copies of the videos of the episodes though. :(
