Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security -> Outbound Rules -> Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up -> Disable Rule

Go to windows firewall and open the Advanced settings and go to the Inbound Rules then find all of things name started with Adobe. Disable Rule [Right side corner TostNotification > Disable Rule ].
And Go to the Outbound Rules there also disable Rule all of them starting with Adobe and RESTART the computer.
After that try again is it works.
