Many children drink cows milk which sometimes seems to cause increased mucus production and inflammation causing blocked tubes. I knew one EENT that wouldn't do surgery (mx&t) until the parents took them off milk products for two weeks, then reexamined. It would be interesting now since milk has been taken off Canada's Food Guide, what the consumption of milk and the incidence of ear infections in children are.🤔
