i had a question that said shock from anaphylaxis is best described by which mechanism. I had put obstructive but can you explain why anaphylaxis would be distributive shock
Jonathon Moores, great question. Distributive shock a vasodilatory shock, and with anaphylaxis, the body is having major vasodilation causing decreased blood flow. With obstructive shock there is an obstruction somewhere that is causing the lack of blood flow. I hope that helps to clarify this for you!
