Yo man what a sick video you are killing it out there great work thanks for sharing 🤙
you should try fishing with the damiki axe blade. I heard they slay the spotties
I've fished a very similar bait, the Jigpara Spin in the past, definitely slays haha
Rad dude! Thanks for making the vid. Tight lines! 🤙🏼
Are you using standard fresh water bass fishing reels and if so what do you do to clean them after a saltwater session?
yeah I'm using standard freshwater bass reels. I just rinse them off with freshwater when I'm done. But not gonna lie, the bearings get wrecked. I usually just replace the bearings inside once they get frozen. In one of my curados I've replaced almost all the bearings with ceramic bearings.
That's what i was afraid of! Thank you for sharing the info with me.
God damnit Cheeto why are you burning the spots 😔. Love your vids man!
Burning spots? These spots are soo obvious they practically burn themselves 🤣
@@cheethoe true true but everyone and their mommas gonna be out there now theirs plenty of fish in the sea keep doing it up man I’ll see you out there one day I’m a San Pedro local so I’ll run into you sooner or later much love!
@@dlok9563 lol, I hope I see you out there one day. Next time I'm gonna ditch the obvious spots and try to look for more offshore and obscure spots.
Did you get the kayak specific Xi3 or did you get a normal Xi3 and cut down the shaft?
@@cheethoe Yeah, that's what im thinking about doing too and save me the extra 400 bucks
I should also add that cutting down the shaft does NOT void the warranty
@@cheethoe yeah i’ve been seeing the 48 and 54” gps versions go for 1200ish but i never pulled the trigger because i was hoping the kayak version with the 36” would go down in price too but it never did. the warranty thing is literally the only reason i didn’t do it but i agree i don’t see why cutting down the shaft would void it especially since OEX can do it and claim “if they do it it doesn’t void the warranty.” looks like the prices all went back up though but i’ll wait until it goes back down again and snag one.
Man that's a nice day! Good shit guys.
Lmao yeah, usually port area and even beyond the breakwalls, the wind kicks in around the afternoon
Thanks, yeah wind can get nuts haha
