There is a lot that one agrees with in this presentation. However one needs to point out that the source of information about the beginning cannot be attributed to Jethro, even though we know from from the Bible that certain lessons especially on leadership Moses got from Jethro. My reasons are as follows there are accounts of events that took place before Adam and after Adam that can only be disclose by God of someone who spend time with God.
