    Rudolf Steiner speaks on ‘the life between death and a new birth’, which can indeed be a multi-factorial explanation of the concepts we experience when transitioning from one phase of existence to the next. I feel there is a ton still to be revealed-but we can’t control how it ends. We can simply focus on our actions and how we respond. Strong work, my friend:)

    This is for the 21 year old.. It looks like you've awoken from your own ego, but not everyone else's, like a partial dissolve. You are perceiving awareness to awareness in a dream. I was in that place for years and it felt dull, isolating, flat and waiting to die too. These are indicators that separation/the mind is still tricking you. A lot of spiritual teachers on TH-cam aren't there yet, so you may have to dissolve that, often last, mental projection on your own. But it's the difference between heaven and hell. See people as they are, not the mental space they are in (it's not real anyways). Awareness to awareness. Awareness to awareness. Awareness to awareness. Get rid of this 'idea' that there is a dream that separates you. See what is real, EVERYONE is that. Love, fullness, and gratitude will fill you, it's very different. You will feel connected, not disconnected.

    I relate to Celina's share about immoveable trust whatever happens. It's something I find the more I can express buried anger which was previously repressed, like I'm done with the doubt and default negative self beliefs, angry with it even, and I don't have to live in that prison of doubt anymore because I'm no longer scared of it. Anger can be positively channelled in this way on the path to God.

      It’s okay if people don’t want to have motivation. I’m highly motivated but even I can recognize that it’s all pre programmed and ultimately meaningless. The body and mind want attention and to reach milestones and goals but it is most definitely not needed. You’re projecting your own fears and insecurities onto this kid and it’s okay but I would reflect on why you even feel that way to begin with.

    This character has found that trying new things because "why not?" is inevitable and important after the big death. The radical honesty and spontaneity will eventually lead to new discoveries. When OKness with a mundane life is here, so are infinite possibilities with spontaneous movements. Something as simple as saying "hi" to a stranger or smiling is seen to occasionally have a butterfly effect. Nothing to be hoped or wished for, but continuous unfolding through whatever the moment offers. No opportunity lost. Overall, I wanted to say, even "effort" beyond the comfort of OKness is seen to not be effort at all. Life is extra interesting and enjoyable when we come into contact with friction and see that they are just waves to surf on. The best spring water faces the most turbulence. 🎉❤

    Hmmm, i feel moved to say the emptiness of empty nature is not the only thing going on. It feels like there is some idealizing of emptiness or clinging to or striving for an idea of emptiness going on here. And young people, life is long, there is so much more to come, you can be absolutely certain that you are in the clear perfect place every second for an entire year and then bam something else arises and you discover that what you thought was the end was just one chapter of a thousand chapters. Always being, always becoming...any "idea" of emptiness and what it is like is an idea. Life moves, you never know what's coming next. Don't make an image of emptiness a goal to seek and a way to hide from anything. Losing interest in everything may be part of a process but it's not something to claim like a trophy. There's so much more to see...stay open and good luck 🙏

    Who knows why but, somehow, while tuning in to these videos, I get to wondering about the diets of everyone who participates. I wonder if anyone knows yet what a proper human diet looks like. If anyone here knows that humans have a very specific diet, just like every other animal on the planet. Only most humans don't know what theirs is. And then we feed domesticated animals the wrong food also. And diet very much affects the Awakened or Liberated human every bit as much as it affects those all tangled up in conditioned-minded thinking. Perhaps a little less so because of conscious awareness, the stress side of things might be reduced,...but eating food that we have not evolved to eat will do damage to the mind & body. Like fiber, plant toxins, seed oils and carbohydrates. Just sayin'. ✌😊

      I don't agree nor disagree. All I can say is: after seeing through the illusion of Self, this body tends to get what it needs; with all the supposed good and bad. I used to intellectualize everything and seeked optimization. Diet was a big seeking energy. Nowadays, sugar seems to be wonderful, for example. Nothing habitual. You use what you need. We all die(t) in the end anyway, lol. 😂❤

      @EnlightenedCarnivore 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well,@@indef93...Thank you for even responding. For not dismissing this altogether. ✌💖 But now I'm curious...if you have or ever had any issues. Like cavities, for instance...anxiety, depression, weight (fat) gain or loss. Diabetes, cancer, heart disease. Any health issues at all. If so, what you eat caused it. Because here's the thing; even after seeing through the illusion of self...I won't hack off my own arm, for example, just to prove that my body is just one with everything. I'm being silly, but I think you know what I mean. Here's what I've learned. There are no "diets". Every animal, plant, insect...all the manifestations of THIS just naturally nourish themselves. Except humans. We're all confused, for some reason (and I know the reason) about what food is. I'm no longer confused. That's all I'm saying. And, as you well know, life does not end after enlightenment...we're simply free of the false sense of self.
      Sorry for rambling on. 😏I'm only passionate about two things, THIS, and optimal, or let's just call it 'natural', health.
      Peace.

    • @indef93
      @indef93 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@EnlightenedCarnivore Who's confused? I don't mean to non-dual-bypass the relative health issues we seem to collectively be facing. I literally don't believe diet to be nearly as important to overall health as I used to make it out to be. It was fundamental suffering aka psychological stress that created many problems for this body. Having experimented with nearly every single diet (even primal and raw carnivore diets, haha) for over 15 years - it's a full on, hard STOP for me. Every "optimal" is an endgoal to seek, to adhere to and inevitably can't be optimal as our mind knows not what the body needs. It can think to know basic interpretations of the body's signals and what seems to be needed to maintain function. Let me just say it again - diet is one of the biggest seeking traps. If you enjoy the seeking - do it! I had moments of enjoyment and happiness when seeing a nice physique poke through. Boy, did that ricochet right back at my dysregulated nervous system that had gotten that way by the very seeking-mechanism sparked by the suffering, struggle and lack of self acceptance. From here on, I still go on runs, a lot of walks and enjoy fresh produce intuitively. But there is not a second guess about what's going down the gullet. It's like all the topics on awakening and morality - it's largely a non-issue if we keep inquiring and looking clearly. There is no "supposed to" and no "optimal". Unless you are looking to play one of many games. Confusion is always thinking-based and that is always mind-identification. What do you desire and why?

    • @EnlightenedCarnivore
      @EnlightenedCarnivore 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      OK,@@indef93,I think I understand. It sounds like you think I'm into health and fitness. I'm not. When I say "optimal health", I mean that birds, plants, insects, and squirrels don't "diet". Neither do I. I have learned that humans are carnivores, so I no longer eat plants. It's as simple as that. And all those who have done this, and have contributed to my having learned this, are now effortlessly healthy.
      And get this, this might sound way out of left field, I hope I can explain; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Awakening and the elimination of carbohydrates all happened within around two years. The 14 months of CBT was all about learning to replace automatic negative thoughts with less problematic ones. Awakening was all about discovering the false sense of self, stop feeding it, and to discover the true essence of no self. And by eliminating carbohydrates, thus allowing the body to fuel the brain and repair the brain with ketones (as is natural for our species) the neurosis just naturally dissolves. And here's the weird part; Many people who go back to this natural way of eating also seem to reach this natural state of consciousness. 😯I don't even call this enlightenment anymore. Or no self. Liberation is good, because it is kind of a liberation from the neurotic mind. Do you see what I mean? Why are all other manifestations just naturally in their Natural State of Consciousness? Because they don't unnaturally poison themselves. Enlightenment is not special, it should be just natural.
      Lol. Indef, I never talk this much. Maybe I'm rambling. I just want to point out that, back when I was a person, I was never a health enthusiast and I'm not that way now. I just made a miraculous discovery. The realization that, like so many other things, human beings are wrong if they believe we are omnivores. We are not. That's why we're sick and, perhaps, that's why we need to go on a so-called spiritual path.
      Oh, man, life is strange. ✌😆

    Hi Suzanne, Liberation or whatever you want to call this non-event, has nothing to do with the character or itś story whatsoever. Many so called non duality speakers tend to generalize their own story. Liberation has no common features except maybe for the emptiness.
    Stating, like you did, that "after" liberation one would loose interest in the body is an expression of a personal experience. For this character liberation coincided with severe illness. Taking care of a sick body is a natural response like a mother taking care of a sick child or a lioness looking looking after her cubs.
    The initial shock "after" liberation is a totally individual experience. It took me years to be able to "relate" to everyday life again.

      I agree! Different characters can have different reactions to the revelation. For example when someone is very depressed and finds out the reaction can be one of joy now that the story has been seen through and interest to participate fully in the drama follows. But for another who was really invested in his or her life and the character a nihilistic tendency can arise. No reaction is intrinsic to the revelation itself from my own experience and those of others.
