I'm still baffled by how SFV's OST completely stomps over SF6's. This here is a good example, but Hillside Plaza and themes of characters like Cammy, Ed and G are too good. SF6 really dropped the ball hard regarding music.
Never noticed this before, but my gut instincts tell me the carvings/etchings on that municipal city hall building (three U.S. flags placed on top of it; all behind that traffic light) was supposed to be a hint and nod to Gill's _Ring of Prosperity_ stage.

+Игорь Кожурин, Actually the part you're talking about is in the mix, but i cutted it because of the fluidity of the song. There was almost nothing to mix decently at the beginning and the end of this part. So i had to choose to shorten it.

Very original that's for sure and one of my favorites in SF history.
Probably my favorite battle theme of the whole game. Especially Round 2's version of it. You can make this a theme for any final battle.
