Getting ready to upgrade from a rove r2 to the r3. The r2 got me a very nice insurance claim so it warrants the upgrade. Driver who sideswiped me tried to lie and say I got them. Video saved me from a fight since there where no witnesses and man was it satisfying when the cop came over to me and said that she was being told I caused the accident and I wiped out the dash cam footage and also the other driver caught a charge for failure to signal when switching lanes after the cop seen the video 😂😂
I wasn’t able to watch footage on my phone, it connected to wifi but when I go back to the app it states that I need to connect to wifi when it’s already connected
What's the word on the required SD card for this? Just got my R3 today and the manual is pretty headstrong about using only THEIR expensive SD card. They specifically call out SanDisk as being a crap brand, but at least one website reviews SanDisk as being first-rate.

WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY THE CAR MANUFACTURERS ARE NOT FORCED THROUGH REGULATIONS TO PUT THIS STUFF IN THE CARS ALONG WITH PHONE MOUNTS?

hey there! did you buy the r3? if you did, would you prefer and recommend r2 or r3?
The reviews should include the app. Product might be great, but if the app is lousy it diminishes th product.

Does it have crash, avoidance, and Lane assessed some of the things that we actually need like night vision

You can use a power bank instead of the hardwire kit! To keep it powered on, for parking surveillance!
