Did some interesting analysis recently for a client that was utilizing FIFO as their inventory valuation method. In x3 when you create a customer return receipt it establishes it as the oldest FIFO tier versus all the other receipt transaction establish as the newest FIFO tier. Also note with the FIFO method when you transfer inventory between warehouses it will establish the FIFO tier at the receiving warehouse based on the transfer cost.

I remember you saying you were on your way to getting Sage Certifications. Anyway, a colleague recommended I take a look at some of these videos. Feels like a full circle moment. Hope all is well!!
