Thanks for the positive words. This is a 2002 built villa that our friends at Diamond Properties and Construction totally refurbished about 2-3 years ago. Its special due to modernised interiors with Andalusian charm.

Sadly.Its a mish mash of buildings.But the way things are priced by the metre makes it expencive compared to other properties.Younger people are not looking for this type compared to more modern.This after a year is still not sold.Only a older person would buy it.And normaly older looking to scale down.I think very hard to sell it.
A pretty fair assessment - it fits a more classic customers, middle aged larger family. What I will say is the market catches up and as such I can see it being sold early next year with lower interest rates and more liquidity, and even more families moving to Sotogrande (particularly from UK where they are fed up).
