Nice one Slynk - 'Max for Live' is such a dope & powerful extension of Ableton Live 😊 A little tip that you can do with the 'Max For Live' Audio effects such as, Shaper, Envelope Follower, LFO is Map them to other tracks in your project. You don't have to only MAP them to effects or instrument parameters on the channel they're inserted..For example - Why not put a Max Envelope follower on a shaker loop & have that shaker loop's envelope control the filter freq on your synth, on another track! You can then if you like, mute the shaker loop's output & just use this track to modulate stuff!! (Up to 8 parameters)
I should have tested and mentioned this. I had a feeling you could map to anything - even other channels but I forgot to test and mention that. Thanks!
The envelope follower triggered by a kick drum is also a great way to affect EQ between bass/drums/anything else that they clash with, instead of having to use a compressor. You can assign it to the Scale of an EQ8 or to individual bands, or of course, both.

I remember when Ableton was first integrating Max, I was super stoked but tbh only dug through part of the Max patches because my old computer was, well, not having it. They really have cycling 74's tech an ecosystem to flourish in without always being avant garde. Definitely time to look back at this again, thank you for the prod.

Awesome video. I went to look for the plugins and found that I looked in my Max MIDI Effects folder and it is completely empty. Not sure how I can get the plugins I have the latest version of Live 11.3.4. Mac. OS Any help would be great.

I can't remember if it was you that recommended it on a different video! Bounce in Place or BiP is the best 3 bucks I ever spent on any max4live plugin let alone any vst plugin. If it wasn't you please check it out
how much delay or latency have the newest device....Live 11...anyone a idea is there a xonvolution device with near 0 latency. for live Performance sets out there... the Mini vocoder sounds cool...

Not really, you just have to be organised, and use the favourites for the ones you used most, or use the powerful search / filter option.
you can color code them into favorites folders to make it easier because yeah i agree 💀💀

spectral blur could be really good for adding noise to a snare. I say KSHMR add a pink noise sample to a snare to widen the freq range it hits.
