I tried this and i have some reviews. Gatte got moist so add less palak and more besan. For gravy, chop palak very finely otherwise gravy will not be good. Must add kashmiri chilli powder otherwise sabzi will not look good. I don’t use chili powder so my sabzi looked green and not so good. But taste was good.

1 more suggestion as milk/malai will not help to absorb iron/palak so alternatively we can use kaju paste ..
