Ab Kashmir jaane mein darr nahi lagta and ofcourse their products are too good .. must try Akesha hunny....and all other dry fruits...

I went to their shop and bought kawa tea and saffron. They charged me Rs 360 for kawa tea and they removed the MRP from box. When I went to other shops and asked the rate, they said it’s for Rs 260. They are asking for 100 rupees more for the same box. Please be aware of them.
So if all comments are good then I suppose FSA will also pay heed to bad experiences. Quite irritating experience with Afnan dry fruits. I gave 2 orders one for my parents and one for myself. First they sent wrong item to my place which was supposed to reach my parents. Then they forgot to send second item, which they finally sent after so much follow ups. They never picked my call in between and yes the so small size mamra almonds not satisfied.
Nothing like that. I always send feedback to the shopkeeper.. sometimes the feedback are genuine.. sometimes they r from competitors with fake id and when we search database we dont find customer by that name. Also some comments are unreasonable and customer only puts his side of the story. Its better to hear both sides.

Who's there to blame for staff ne miss kar diya.. Then too not picking phones or replying back... Please value others time. @FSA Entertainment, the only point I am replying here is it takes time to reach things from gulmarg to NCR and other parts of country. And after that long wait you get things messed up then you are at mercy of seller and their mood isf they want to reply or not pick call or not. Because we trustes and paid money in advance. Hope you understand a customer point as well.
