Fun fact: that kiss was improvised and the camera cut right before all the actors watching burst out in laughter, surprised Micky didn’t tell you guys 🤣
he probably didnt know i didnt know till recentley
@wallahbror9016 Right 😅
Did micky work there or something? Sorry im new here and still trying to know them. Im still a bit convinced they’re an industry plant lol
@@brianmtq Micky is the only one of them that have seen the series , thats why. XD
I don’t know why you’d expect Micky to know that?
Dude said he watched the show, not deep dived every bit of trivia about it.
One good detail that is often missed in the whole cringe of the Scranton branch, is that Jim now eats tuna sandwiches. Before it was stated that he ate the same ham and cheese everyday, and after he leaves Scranton, to forget Pam, he even forces himself into changing his everyday lunch.
And the one time he switches it up he gets a nickname lol
What a simp
Damn good call! I never noticed that.
I consider myself a super Office fan and never put those dots together! I'm so glad people are still teaching me stuff so many years after the show ended.
^^^^ this is why I watch reactions. Still finding things after I’ve seen the show 100000 times
Michael's "I did it, I did it" after the kiss is so much like a little kid who just finished their vegetables.
That’s my absolute favorite part 🤣
He said it as if someone forced him to kiss Oscar and he HAD to finish it without any other choice😭🤣🤣
@@joesquinn9517Someone did. Michael himself lol
In deleted scenes, Oscar revealed that he told Michael that he is gay in his job interview. And Michael just laughed and laughed, and called Oscar that he is the funniest man he ever knew, hired Oscar on the spot.
God that's so on brand 😂
this episode actually won them an Emmy for writing lmao
Best line of the show for me is Creed's "it's possible a man slipped in, there would be no way of knowing", kills me every time😂
Man Michael Scott never fking disappoints. Bless him and his comedy timings.
That last scene with Pam going from "classic Jim" to "god I miss him" sometimes just breaks my heart.
As a gay person this is one of my favorite episodes. Angela’s comment “one of your friends” still kills me 😂
The actress is actually a huge LGBTQ supporter from what I am told. Her and the actress of Pam are best friends too.
My gay ass LOVES this episode. I was also in tears while watching. Steve Carrel is awesome!
@@kateofone crazy how acting works
As a bisexual man I agree
@@kateofonestop lying to urself
And this came out in 2006, 9 years before gay marriage was legalized. I remember everyone talking about this episode when it first came out (I was a junior in high school) because it was one of the first mainstream shows to show a gay kiss that wasn't on showtime or hbo
Now your lgbtq want kids involved and want to put adult child love on your flag. Progress.
Really? Wow. There has been so many movies and tv shows with gay scenes that it feels like its been the norm for much longer than that.
Yeah that's funny how different cringe it looks today. I think it's very important to remember it's 15yo and to have people reminding us how different it was in the early 2000's.
That’s very true! But does this qualify as a gay kiss? Michael isn’t gay, and Oscar sure as hell didn’t want to be kissed 😂
@@gilgameshricardo3867 yea but The Office was a Juggernaut in the late 2000s and HBO was really really conservative back then
If you look at Phyllis’ face at 13:25 you can see she’s not acting anymore. She’s legitimately in shock 😂
This season is absolutely top tier.
just wasted on woke audiences but at least its getting reacted to
It's episodes like this that remind me that the biggest L Rana ever took was not watching this show with you guys lol
@@rashad82094 I remember an episode of Naruto where I think Chris says "You know what you did" and Nahid disappeared. I had no idea why. Who woulda thought.
Is there evidence for these claims?
@@rashad82094 Wait what
oh damn she cheated fr ?
@@rashad82094 prove it or stfu
I genuinely love everything about this episode and if it won the Emmy like I think it did, it absolutely deserved it. The dialogue has aged beautifully and there honestly isn't a single offensive thing here when you consider - as Chris said - how smartly written and self-aware it was, clearly portraying ignorance and juvenility in regards to the LGBTQ+ community as toxic and offensive and ridiculous. Anyone up in arms about it fails to understand context, nuance, and -quite frankly - humor.
I also loved Spidey and Suraj at different times in the episode getting Jim and Pam's longing for each other. It's cute, ya'll.
"The Normies Ruin a Pride Party" sounds like the title of an episode of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia".
Oh my GOD!! THATS what they need to watch next. You think this show is cringy and inappropriate, nah Sunny takes it to the next level lol But is just as smart with the dialogue and lessons while using horrible people as examples even though you love them so much.
Nothing could have prepared me for Spidey not knowing Rashida Jones
Technically Toby outed Oscar and should've know better to tell Michael
"How dare you challenge this man". Quote of the year.
I've been waiting for you all to get to this episode and your reactions still went beyond what I had hoped for. Thank you, that was utterly sublime! 🤣🤣🤣
watching people see the office for the first time brings be a weird immense amount of joy
Seasons 3 and 4 are by far my favorite seasons, hope you guys enjoy them as much as me and my family did.
The fact that Pat is actually HR is wild to me. 🤯
@@_ripVanWinkle_ human resources, it's their job to help keep things appropriate and respectful in employee relations
One of the best Office episodes. Cant wait for the fire cold open and Scotts Totts 🤣
At the end of the day Michael was incredibly ignorant and and now he’s learned something. And his heart was in the right place all along.
y’all’s reaction made me remember how funny it is 😂 I’m so used to watching boring reactions. Spideys commentary will always be top tier 😂😂
I don't think Pat realizes that he's not supposed to relate to Michael lmao
I've seen the series more times than I can count. It's always in a loop somewhere in my house, GoT as well...CRINGE COMEDY is the perfect way to describe this, I dont understand why that upsets anyone. Perfect episode reaction! So glad I caught it early!
It's probably more that the term can be misinterpreted as similar to ironically laughing at a movie/show that's so bad/unintentionally awkward that it's funny or something (for example, "The Room"). If you're not familiar with the genre, that's an easy mistaken assumption to make.
@@richardkhchang yeah, but the term has been around so long. I'm 42 and I don't get how people still trip over what it means. The Office is a master class in *cringe comedy*.
@@JonezyVhee I mean, there are all kinds of people with varying ages, degrees of casualness and knowledge of TV terms. It's something that people who keep up with pop culture would know, but I don't think it's exactly a household term.
Probably just addressing a minority.
@@richardkhchang it was touted as cringe comedy king when it was on the air. As it has grown since it ended, that's what it has been credited as "birthing" with the docu-style. It was common until someone said it wasn't and now it has to reclaim it? This is silly. This comment thread feels like a conference room meeting led by Toby. ✌🏽
@@JonezyVhee What are you talking about? Who said anything about losing it or having to reclaim it? I'm not making a comment on what reputation it has or deserves, I'm just saying that there are people who understandably don't become aware of the nuances of its reputation and just watch a show because it's funny, and they might get the wrong idea about what the term means based on what it sounds like at face value, which can seem disparaging to its actual quality. That's pretty common as well.
Am I saying that they SHOULD be upset by it? No. Is there any need to cater to them? I don't really care either way.
You said you don't understand why it would upset anyone, and I'm pointing out what reasonable misunderstandings and typical ignorances could lead to that, and why it shouldn't be that weird or surprising. Not everyone who likes a show pays attention to the zeitgeist surrounding it.
Loving the Skam shoutout.. literally my favorite reaction of all time from the normies.
This is one of my favorite reactions of yalls lmao that kiss was pain!
Jesus Christ they all had me dying but Chris was killing me in post discussion lol saying that suraj sounds like Michael lmao! "Can you say it and make me believe it?"
Good stuff guys
Kevin' giggling over Oscar ALWAYS gets me. 😂😂😂😂😂
The kids scene was improv and those were their real reactions. After you finish you should listen to Office Ladies podcast. Great insights and behind the scenes info
The kidssss
I have been WAITING for this episode reaction haha
Since The Office returned to Netflix, Im currently rewatching for 1000th time and season 3 is where the show starts to get into his better form. Really peak comedy since S3 till S5 I think.
Can't wait for season 8-9 🙂
Where do you live?
@@joevictor53 I'm from Peru. They recently reuploaded The Office
Michael is so oblivious without even knowing it🤣🤣
I have watched the last 28 episodes atleast 20 times! I love this series. It’s great to watch with you again and again ❤️
I started watching specifically for office reacts, thanks for continuing :) excited for more
The Normies casually recommending SKAM... Love it!❤️
When pat said the Jews I almost pissed myself laughing 😂😂😂
Greg Daniels, series creator and lead writer, won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for this specific episode! It’s definitely one of the most brilliantly written episodes of the series
Man Jim was a tool, but this new guy, Big Tuna, he's my kind of guy
Big Haircut is better
I’ve watched the whole series multiple times, but there’s something special about watching these videos and seeing how you guys react to this great show!
I haven’t seen this since it aired. OMG. This was wild
Oscar, the actor, was offered a part in a tv show in Comedy Central. So, rather then letting him go, the EP, Greg Daniels, decided to have the character go on vacation. That way he could come back after he finished filming the Comedy Central show.
Spidey will know the name Narddog before this season is over!
Literally the greatest show of all time, it’s takes you through every emotion possible
Love your reactions to the office. And Micky, I absolute love your shirt!!! Regards from Argentina
Been looking forward to this ep for so long! LOVED the reaction!!!
7:54 wtf 🤣
That’s the funniest part lmao
7:55 slow down Kayne lol
man I wish I could watch the office for the first time again, specialy season 4,5 and 6
Mickey giggling reactin to here comes trebbple is the testement that even if you watch this show again you find it more funnier
As an office gay, if this happened to me, I would simply unexist .__. that being said this is one of my fav episodes
New season new laughs with The Normies
The laugh that burst out of me when I saw the thumbnail and realized which episode this is lol
13:50 - Hey! It's Jim's second time listening to the corporate Diversity Day training guy.
one of my favourite episodes, also for me this is the beginning of the legend named Creed Bratton
All of the reactions from the cast members were real, because it was all improvised by Steve Carell.
finally been waiting on this episode.
So glad you watched it now and not when you first started cause you guys would’ve ended the show SO FAST 😂
I’m not going to lie I’ve watched this reaction 3x so far because it’s so hilarious 😂
7:54 😂😂😂 I can’t breathe
This is my favorite episode. I remember laughing my ass off at 3 in the morning from that kiss lol.
“How many takes”? That scene was Steve Carrel at his finest ! Improv baby! 15:48
Macreta and the Normas are always a fun watch! 😆
The camera crew followed Jim, they are filming the lives of the Scranton branch and also where the stories go.
Micky, I think it would be a great idea you to listen to the office ladies podcast before each episode so you can provide some info for the rest of the guys, like the kiss being an Improv.
I don't think Mickey has watched that much of the show
@@adityaagarwal3313 I mean even watching the entire show, how would he know that? 😅
@@adityaagarwal3313 he can listen exclusively to the episodes that he has already watched
This is for sure MY FAVOURITE season:
-You already know how everybody are and act more or less
-Two new characters, something fresh
-Jim and Pam are in their peaks in this one, I prefer them when they are about to become a couple than when they are already a couple
-Dwight finds a mortal enemy in Andy because they both want to be number 2, just WONDERFUL
-Angela vs Phyllis, OH BOY
-More exteriors sets
It's here! It's finally here! Been waiting for y'all to watch this one! Lol
i know this is gonna be a long shot but i cant wait for you guys to react to the legendary episode of the office, only the strong ones can watch and don't cringe, sixth season episode 12 "Scott's Tots"
Nothing compares to the cringe of "Dinner Party."
@@johnnymittle Dinner Party is more funny than cringey
I laughed so hard at Pat saying for them to bang one out... lol
9:59 The 4 classic sexual orientations:
- Gay
- Straight
- Lesbian
- And, of course, overweight
Best improv scene that I know of! 😂😂😂 ☠️
17:58 Creed 100% has kids somewhere.
"The JewsSs" is going to be a sound bite in my head forever 🤣
I don't think there's a second camera crew covering the main branch. Like The Amzwong Race, there is a particular camera PERSON assigned to JIM and production decided to follow him. They might focus on others around him, but he's their primary reason for being there.
This truly is an episode that COULDN’T be made today. Even if they tried😂😂
Pam (Jenna Fischer) on her podcast said that kiss was improvise by Steve Carell. If you notice some of the actors cover there mouth because they didn't want to mess the scene.
Season 3 and 4 are the best seasons. My favorite episodes are in them 😂😂😂 you won’t stop laughing
Incredible episode no matter how hard it is to watch, this whole season is one of the best seasons of television ever aired imo. Enjoy it…1 cringe episode down, Dinner Party and Scots Tots to go.
Oh god you conjured the plasma screen into my head 😖😖
Rashida Jones doesn’t look like she would be Quincy’s daughter if you don’t know. When the Office aired, most of us didn’t know her
13:26 - Ho-leee....is that CHRIS making that sound when Dwight goes in to kiss Oscar??
Have you reacted to "This Is Spinal Tap"? That's probably the most influential mockumentary comedy thing there is.
cant wait for you guys to react to the more emotional episode
Hopefully this episode makes you guys want to do double upload a week
One of my FAVORITE EPISODES ever ahahahahhaha
I was waiting for this one 😂
12:53 “How dare you challenge this man”
Is it me or is Pat the worst person to have in charge of HR? 😂
Literally. Why is it cool to call your friends r*tards or even use that word at all??
yes
@@rainbowswiftie8755 because it’s just a word. Why do you get so offended what others say?
Yep. When they talk about how has Michael not been fired yet, I just think look over at Pat and how he's still working here
@@joevictor53 The Normies isn’t a corporation.. they all are friends lol
13:16 😂😂😂😅 best scene ever!!! The Office cringe comedy peaks here! The genius of Steve Carrel impromptu ! 😂
Hope you stick with this till season 6… you know the episode I’m talking about
I forgot you could still say the f slur back then, that one caught me of guard
I almost started wanting to skip through the conference room because of how hard I was cringing, omfg….. I haven’t seen this episode many times cuz it hurts. it HURTS.
This is a really funny episode but the reactions are hilarious
Michael took "Kiss and Make-up" quite literally lol
"How are you not fired?"
Me: Good question.
14:31 - I never noticed before, the Gaydar has "Hetero" on one end, "Homo" on the other...and "Bi" in the middle.
I am just waiting for you’ll to watch a specific episode I’m Season 4 😂
Just wait for the fire drill episode I cried laughing that whole episode
I've said it before, I'll say it again: buckle up for the 'Dinner Party' episode. Ya'll ain't seen *nothing* yet 🤣
Scott's Tots is still on the top of the list
@@mandeelyn6895 in terms of sheer cringe comedy, Scots Tots definitely way up there lol
