I have a bit of a different video for you today. Last year we celebrated Elodie's first Christmas while Ben was deployed. I vlogged most of the day but I never got up the courage at the time to edit and post it. It was a hard day for everyone. Well, almost a year later, I finally decided to edit and share this special video. While this was still hard to look back on at times and brought back a lot of emotions, I am forever grateful to have these memories to hold on to.
Every situation is what you make of it. If you're going through something similar right now, know that my heart goes out to you. You are stronger than you might think!

Almost cried a couple times! It must have been so hard that he was away but i can tell you are a strong woman and that's the most important thing. Glad he is home this Christmas time and can see Elodie open her presents!!! Much love from my family to yours!😊❤
