I remember starting running, got myself to a comfortable 20km after a few months, I took 10 days off over the Xmas period and it fucked my knee. I was wondering if you do any sort of upkeep while sorting logistics....probably best to keep ticking over next time. Keep strong. Stay safe!

BUT...one small comment on nutrition please...the meal you ate at 10:05 for example, the macros need moving around, please eat more carbs! Really enjoying your mission, just feel you could make some very small and straightforward changes to make lives a bit easier 🙂
Agreed. More carbs for energy. Big on protein for recovery (like when his legs were fucked). But I suppose it’s hard to recover when you’re running every day! Keep up the amazing work.

I think they mentioned it on an earlier episode (at least in text) that one of their microphones broke (maybe the camera's internal one) and considering where they are there's not much they can do about it at the moment. It's quite annoying for sure but the content makes up for it
