🎯Oh my goodness Peg~ I can hear all your voice tones now, how cool is that?! I'm not hard of hearing, but I am on this cheapo laptop for awhile, since mine's in the shop~ going on 3 mo's now, so I had to go buy a WalMart special to get me by. Doesn't have the best sound, so I turn everything all the way up & use ear buds, which helps a lot, yet some channels/people's voices are softer, more muted maybe. Never would have even mentioned it, had you not brought up that you already have a microphone~ meaning, not complaining in the least. But yes, yay~ I can hear the ups/downs/lilt in your speech pattern now too, & it sounds great=) Hopefully it's not too much of a pain to use, on your end. What a great gift from your sister, so thoughtful. I used to journal quite a bit, haven't done that for years~ not sure why, since it can be really beneficial. I love the idea of prayer walks too, & try to remember to pray for people, neighborhoods, etc while I'm out & about. Something else I'm re-committing to this new year is to pray for those who spitefully use, and or just truly annoy me in some way~ like in social situs or certain folks I know. Now that's a challenge sometimes, let me tell you! Even when I hear tragic stories, where some person made a horrid decision to hurt others~ praying for criminals is really tough. But I want to pray for them especially, as it's much more serious & because I believe it's what God wants us to do. Hope I don't find out one day that I was wrong about that, yikes Ok, enough of my chit chat. *Yes~ just keep going, it's only boring to you. I'm sure we notice our own little quirks the most because..oh, idk~ we're not sure others have them too?! Being silly, of course we do! So in that respect it serves to encourage the rest of us, it's okay to simply talk & be ourselves~ regardless of our energy levels. Love the idea of a no spend. I'd decided to do it a couple months ago, but that failed for various reasons, & this month I've had to make a list of little -& big- things that need updating/fixed around here. I'm so so so glad it makes a difference. Although...I do have to be mindful of it's location with my fluttering hands hitting it and the video I am uploading today that I was going to re record but don't have the time to do that has clicking sounds throughout because my necklace was bumping it...hopefully it's not too distracting.
