This is a classic style song, the quality of the video was probably taken to look like the early 90's. Ever see old skateboarding videos? Or just 90's MTV for that matter? The camera quality was done like that on purpose. Don't doubt the dude, he probably did it as an effect to make it even more classic. Kind of like Schindler's List, for example. It was filmed in black and white even though color was around. It's an art in itself on the editing that can be done. 90's rap videos are literally just like this. Nowadays they're super extravagant, you see cars, girls, mansions, etc. That's just not Tedy's style right now. This is the epitome of a 90's rap music video, so kudos on it. I know he had a bunch of fun making it.
