Motorcycles need regular maintenance to work smoothly. Bad lubrication, worn out transmission, loosened clutch cable may all cause problems if you are not servicing your motorcycle frequently.
The main reasons for the motorcycle to get stuck in gear can be loosened chain, poor lubrication, problems in transmission, no proper slack in the clutch cable or a worn-out chain sprocket.

Gear hard shifting can be occur due to shifting of gear at unrecommended speed sir,this can be a reason sir in a new bike also

Mera Apache bike new time se hi gear shift karte time atak Raha he, 5th service ho Chuka he fir v think nahi hua. Clutch adjust Kara liya, abb v same problem, upar se Avi clutch pura dabake rakhne se gadi band ho ja Raha he,
Mai 7 saal se ride kar Raha hu and 7 mahine pehle Maine Pulsar N160 Li thi jiski clutch plates slip hone lagi thi 10000kms pe ab Maine change to kardi hai clutch plates but clutch thik se engage and disengage nahi ho raha hai kya karu showroom walo ko kuch samaj nahi aa Raha hai please madad kare
Bhai maine to abhi nayi SP 125 bike purchase ki hai aur uska running max 750 km hua hai uske bavjud jb mai 4-3-2 gear shift karta hu to gear atak jaye hai. Aisa kyu?

Sir, maine naya clutch cable lagaya. Lekin engine disengage nehi ho raha thik se. 4th gear mein 50 up chalane ke baad slow down karne se engine disengage nehi ho raha thik se. Brake mein pressure pad raha hain. Iska solution keya hain pls bataiye.
