We have the stock Yamaha three blade props (23 - 14-3/4) and when flat calm with some trim have hit 68mph at about 5800-5900 RPM. Know guys with 4 blade props hitting well over 70. Time to plane is insane at about 3 seconds out of the hole. Best GPH we have seen in light chop at about 35 mph cruise is around 2.8.
