@@Resist4 Most people does, I’ve seen a driver mount it where it’s visually visible, yet they haven’t gotten in trouble. Just like how you can’t hang any air fresheners, but the police doesn’t really care about it.
@@tin.1 Depends on the State, all I know is that in California you can't mount a radar detector to the windshield. I'd personally mount it high to the rear view mirror or clip it to the sun visor.
Do people know what radar frequencies they us in the LA area? I know Utah and colorado it's Ka band.
And yet it's illegal to mount a radar detector to the windshield in California.
just mount it really low but not to the point where something’s blocking the signal
