No HS2 across the Chilterns - updated

A slide-show created by Keith Hoffmeister, a member of the Chiltern Society PhotoGroup, with voice-over by Geoffrey Palmer to bring home the implications of building the High Speed 2 railway along the proposed route through the Chilterns, an area designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Updated April 2012. The Transport Secretary, Justine Greening, announced in January that the Government intends to proceed with HS2 and issued a revised set of plans. Details of the alterations within the Chilterns are now included.
