FS 2001-DC Siren Test Downtown Kankakee, IL 2/5/19

Siren: FS 2001-DC, 2.2 RPM, 662 Hz
Town: Kankakee, IL (I believe in Kankakee County, not sure tho)
Location: County of Kankakee Building (I think)
Test Time: 1st Tuesday 10 AM every month
Cycle: 3 minutes of alert
Other notes: This siren has been on my list for a while, and thanks to my dad having a doctor appointment in Kankakee on this day, I figured it'd be the perfect time to do it.
This siren seems to be in pretty good condition, albeit it has whiskers similar to Highland's DC and Perrysburg's Roundback DC. During the test, you can hear Bradley and Bourbonnais's Thunderbolts. I believe Bradley's came in the clearest. I think one of Bourbonnais's Thunderbeams also joined in from time to time as well. At the end, you can hear the 130 at Limestone Middle School winding down, which I got an audio from this day as well.
The building the siren is on is home to the treasurer, county clerk, assessor, auditor, and more for Kankakee County.

It would seem like this is in Kankakee county, but who knows. And that building is weird, no identifiers on it at all. Very strange.
