The term Flexible means more corruption.
Moral of the story is : Ab college or university me qualified teachers se jyada entrepreneur, start up people and lastly paisa wala people Padayenge😂.
Note : First Encourage Students and provide facilities to take part in entrepreneurship,make them capable for contributing for education and many others 7-8 point mention on draft and then implement these draft after 10 year back i.e 2035. Then it would be progressive Education System .

Please mam read the draft again...PhD or net still mandatory for assistant professor in traditional posts..but for non net subjects like Engineering ,yoga music etc net not mandatory. But for promotion (after level 11) perspective PhD still remains mandatory . thank you

One thing more, any PG degree (M.E or M.Tech) student with atleast 55% marks will be eligible for Assistant professor (Level -10) without NET .....

You have not read the notification in detail
On page no. 7 in starting they have mentioned requirement for asst. Prof. On the basis of NCrF. NCrF 6.5 means P.G (msc or ma or mcom) and 7.0 for Mtech so yes net not required for mtech peoples but required for university post graduates.

Case-1) BSc in Physics -> Msc in physics -> NET -> Then apply for AP
Case-2) Btech/BE -> Mtech/ME -> apply for AP
In this case, NET is not required
But for further promotions (pay level 11), Phd will be required in both cases

Maine B.A ECONOMICS se kiya hai. PG english se kar raha hu. Mai PGT english teacher k liye to eligible hu but TGT english k liye nahi. Ye samjh k bahar hai. Government ko ye rule v change karna chahiye.

It's good if they won't consider NET anymore in any field. Inke paper leak hote hai, technical centres pr glitch aata hai, normalisation process mai you feel something is going wrong, itna process complicate kr dia hai- Net for admission in PhD , NET for assistant professor, NET with JRF. Waise bhi through NET knowledge hi toh check karni hai- UG & PG subjects ki toh college mai fees padhne ke liye hi de rhe hai. Toh wha degree jo hogi woh justify kardegi knowledge ko. NET se research ya teaching ability check nhi ho sakti whi are must for assistant professor. Uske liye PhD ko hi consider karna chahiye with some real standards. Interview process transparent hona chahiye. People are getting their research papers published using their solid financial backgrounds and sources. Positions for authors are getting sold to divide the charges of getting research paper published. NET ko hta kr koi dusra exam lekar aa sakte ho where there is no requirement of rote learning. Like open book examination to check analysing ability of a candidate. Ek specific percentage set hona chahiye, if you have crossed it- you passed it. That way you won't need normalisation which is actually not transparent.

Quality of education mein kami sigi aur experts ki jagah Kum gyan wale ka appointment hoga. V. C ager academic hota hai tou teachers ki bhawna ko samjhega. Industrial nature alag hai aur university wa college nature alag. Tough ho jaiga NET JRF ya Ph.D ke liye appointment. .

Ab kahe ka net rahega madam. NET khatam carrier khatam. Hum kis badi company ke ceo bane, jinhone apni umar paar kar li hai unke liye to koi rasta hi nhi hai. NET k basis pe apply bhi kr sakte the, but ab to kuch kar bhi nhi sakte. Apka ye bak bak kisi kam ka nhi. Thank you. 😢
