I've had an old suede bench bag for 30 years filled with lead shot, I think I've only used it twice, it weighs like 35 pounds. I'm not even sure where it's at now?? I just purchased a similar set and was looking for everyone is putting in them, I like this idea!
Cut the bottom off the plastic cups put cup in fill hole and pour in whatever filling you are using makes job easy. (Card coffee cups are good). Get 2 cement block or house bricks 🧱 put bag between fill no spill use cat litter fills easy and not as heavy
Thanks for the video. Wonder what the difference is between Aquarium Gravel and Pea Gravel is? Aquarium Gravel cost more but other than that what's the difference.
The Aquarium gravel is washed, so no dust. Any commercial gravel will have some quantity of dust left in it and it might come out of seems over time AND absorb moisture if it gets wet which could turn into a “slurry” with the dust. But if you prewash the P-Gravel yourself and dry it, you should be good to go!

bought mine (caldwell) filled for $29.95 at Tractor supply last week. I've heared air soft ammo works good and a lot lighter.
Margaret Lambert too light and bbs make the bag bounce when your shoot the gun.

Put 4 lbs #5 lead shot. Finished fill with used walnut shell from my tumbler. That works great.

Glass beads for weighted blankets work good also I'm assuming the same as the gravel.
