- Visiting The Deck in Geelong, VIC, Australia to take on their newer, bigger, Aussie Parmi Challenge equal to FIVE standard parmis. The "Randy Santel" Aussie Parmi Challenge requires hungry patrons to finish a 1.5kg chicken parmi loaded with Napoli sauce and cheese, over 1kg of chips, and a salad in less than 45 minutes. Winners earn their parmi for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on The Deck's Wall of Fame!

I find you truly amazing the fact that you can pack so much food and that tiny frame of yours is just awesome I'm twice your size and could only do about a quarter of what you eat at your challenges
When you lift and hit the gym or do overall lots of physical work your body is supercharged to devour food and turn it into muscle and energy. Super metabolism. If a sedentary person ate this it would just get turned into fat instantly.

I can barely finish a regular size meal, let alone what Katina can inhale. Kudos to her! The only three things I can pig out on is creme brulee, French onion soup, and Caesar salad ( not at the same time).
