2-TIER RAINBOW CAKE FOR PRIDE! How to make a 2-tier cake | Pride Food

Hey! :)
Welcome back.
Today I'm going to show you how to make this 2-tier rainbow cake for Pride! I'll show you how to make a 2-tier cake in general, how to stack and decorate. This is a vanilla sponge on the bottom and a lemon drizzle sponge on top, filled and covered in buttercream and topped with a white chocolate ganache drip and sprinkles... obviously, because who doesn't like sprinkles?!
Ingredients
8 inch vanilla sponge:
6 eggs - weigh them then use that weight to measure the butter, sugar and self-raising flour
1tsp vanilla
3tbsp milk
6 inch lemon sponge:
4 eggs - weigh them then use that weight to measure the butter, sugar and self-raising flour
1/4tsp vanilla
2tbsp milk
The zest and juice of 1 lemon
Lemon drizzle syrup:
The juice of 1 lemon
2tbsp caster sugar
Buttercream:

White chocolate ganache drip:
50g white chocolate
25g double cream (can add more or less to get your desired drip consistency)
I also use Sugarflair whitening powder to make it white
