Recently on 11th april ekadesi thithi my father (Age 82) passed away at my home. Start from his father, we all are rama bhaktas , we always pray lord rama.
Especially my father always listen pibare rama rasam song, sung by rahul. He cried every time while listening this song. He almost made himself a travel to lord rama..We all are lose him. But all the moments he spends with yours kids in this listening can not be forgotten every day and night time.... I will remember all these things in my whole life and what a way of healing our pain full life...👌👌

I may have commented earlier, but can't resist commenting again! This kid is so blessed, that he is an example of how to bring out the beauty of Aananda Bhairavi. Just listen again and again to that bit where he sings "kodandapaani" the sa-gaa-ri-ga-ma corresponding to ---"dandapaani" is mesmerisingly and asthetically pleasing as the notes come from deep inside instead of from the throat!

This keerthana is flavoured with special sangathis which are only sung by vidwans but not every sangathi he have sung. I think you have gone through many artists and made this keerthana very perfect. Really great work it is

I was once a student of Carnatic music and had left it behind when I went to college. Rahul's songs make me realize the soul and life in classical music and make me want to go back to learning Carnatic music again. There is something divine about his voice. He is blessed with extraordinary talent and I wish he continues to enthrall us and spread happiness with his voice. I wish him all the happiness in life. I am myself from another Indian state which speaks a different language, yet Telugu is somehow my most favourite Indian langauge, on par with my own mother tongue Tamil.
