Hannah with your sewing skills you might want to consider buying a huge drop cloth and making your couch cover. Just be sure to wash and dry it first in hot water so that its pre shrunk before you start ✂️ and sewing.

Just a couple tips on caring for your plants when you get ready to cut them back or whatever your doing, do it around mother's day, and also repotting them also, and when you move them they get use to that kind of light for a long period of time, you can put them in shock if moving them to either more light or not enough, just be careful doing that, I took horticulture, and I love my house plants also they put out alot of oxygen, good luck
