To all saying this is not Masjid Al Aqsa, it is a part of it. Masjid Al Aqsa is a compound that includes everything within its gates and walls. The Masjid includes the dome of the rock where Prophet Muhammad (SAW) ascended to heaven from, the Masjid Buraq where Prophet Muhammad (SAW) tied the Buraq, and there is the Qibli Mosque which is the original qibla where Muslims were directed to pray towards.
I use this story to prove the point that not all "the sahaba" were of equal rank and faith. Some of the Sahaba renounced their faith (and some renounced and came back after apostasy), others were dragged into the fitna between Muawiyah and Ali R.A, which caused many Muslims to kill other Muslims for years (many of them were of the 1st and 2nd generation of Sahaba). So not all of the Sahaba are to be revered and respected, only the ones who stayed on the straight path and decided to be neutral when the great fitna was taking place, like Bilal R.A for example.
Yes! It is important to note the subtleties in Arabic. There might be many words that mean the same general thing but the details can tell specific things that can change or elevate the meaning to be much more powerful.

I use this story to prove the point that not all "the sahaba" were of equal rank and faith. Some of the Sahaba renounced their faith (and some renounced and came back after apostasy), others were dragged into the fitna between Muawiyah and Ali R.A, which caused many Muslims to kill other Muslims for years (many of them were of the 1st and 2nd generation of Sahaba). So not all of the Sahaba are to be revered and respected, only the ones who stayed on the straight path and decided to be neutral when the great fitna was taking place, like Bilal R.A for example.
