As long as I see incidents like this, the irony is the gap between Israeli and Palestinian society, which is contradictory when Israel quickly saves the victims; at the same time, Palestinians are not given a chance to be rescued. Poorly, no one brave enough to help them.

They have consistently attempted peace. Within 3 days from 7th October Hamas announced to Israel they'd return the hostages for peace. Israel agreed to Biden's deal a few months ago then rejected it after Hamas also agreed then Israel added more clauses. Israel assassinated Hamas' chief negotiator in the capital of Iran on the day of the Iranian inauguration, both destroying the chances of peace and risking Iran retaliating, again. Every other attempt by Hamas to reach peace over the last 18 years has been rejected or defied by Israel. Since 7th Oct Hamas has attempted many peace deals and Likud has always rejected them for a temporary truce.
