Asal mein baat yeh hai keh jab bhi koi system masla karta hai uss mein aik nahin do nahin iss se bhi ziada masla hota hai. Uss ki power bhi kharab ho sakti hai p4 power bhi kharab ho sakti hai ya mainboard ke smd capistor bhi kharab ho saktay hain dell ka ziada masla iss ke capistor hain inn ko check karo koi na koi hal nikal aaye ga.

پہلے آپ سپلائی کا p4 connector اتار دیں پھر پاور کیبل لگائیں۔۔۔پھر لائٹ کو چیک کریں کہ لائٹ اورینج لائٹ بلکنگ کر رہی ہے یا سٹل ہے اگر سٹل ہو جائے تو آپکے پروسیسر والا حصہ خراب ہے۔۔یہ چیک کر کے بتائے گا
hello sir please help. i have an optiplex 960. the problem amber light blinking with 1&3 codes. i usedto press the rest button (behind) to solve the problem and it worked for weeks (and by the way sometimes works without pressing the rest buton). but today i pressed the reset button many many times and unforortunatly the amber light and the 1&3 codes still there and i can't make my pc turn on. im sorry for my bad english am a an arabic speeker. plz sir help me to solve the problem am an etudiant i don't have money to buy new one ..
