Make way where you stand. Louisiana man-- (2x)Gaaaaaaaam-bit - His smooth "Cajun style" make the girlies go wild.Oh hey it's Gaaaaaaaam-bit, he don't need some money he needs one Mon amie.Go pick a caaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrd, it doesn't matter which one because they all pack a ton.Choooooooooooooooose whether to fight him or not gets you dropped on the spot.
The music for this game was highly overlooked as some very quality stuff on the SNES. Especially this tune. The slap bass is incredible. The organ fits perfectly. The percussion is just as smooth. Probably the best theme in the game for me. I can't believe I haven't seen any cover band do this song. All in all, a very great tune for the SNES synth. Best part of all, it was created using Capcom's MegaMan X instruments.
Imagine playing an intense game of spades in your basement with hard liquor, beers and cigar smoke clouding up the room, that what this theme reminds me of..
@pyromaniacforhire: Thanks. Honestly, I was surprised to see Cyclops, Beast, and Gambit tearing ass in this game, because I never really saw them as hand-to-hand combat fighters. I'm mostly familiar with the classic X-Men from watching the cartoon adaptation from the early '90s, so I don't know if they relied more on their mutant abilities in the comics or not.
Strangely it does sound a bit similar to Final Fight 2's Bust Up the Railway but that's my opinion... Although this game is made by Capcom the music are very similar.
Good ol' Gambit. He's tken a back seat, just like Cyclops, but he's still one of my favorite, from the Marvel line. Scratch that, my favorite, from Marvel. Easily.
But notice that Apocalypse is talked about on the back of the box, and in the booklet, as being behind the Genosha incident. It's one of the many cases where Capcom led you to believe that the ultimate enemy was someone other than it ended up being. Look how many times they did that in the original Mega Man series.
@Nightavenger2 doesnt matter. its mutant apocalypse as in the apocalypse of mutants not Apocalypse the mutant. Magneto is the final boss. As a matter of fact apocalypse was relegated to fodder in this game, u fight him in an early level.
@Ghostlywolf: Capcom most likely didn't use Jubilee because they probably couldn't think of a good move set to give her. If it helps, I would have liked to have seen Storm and Jean Grey in the game playable characters as well.
Makes me think some badass walks into a bar to chill out when some PO'd drunk tries to hassle him, but he's not showing signs of worry 'cause he's badass.
@ndjaelia Well you know games from Capcom back then had the same essence in the music, Street Fighter, Final Fight, Marvel games, Aladdin, Megaman ect...
Rodrigo Rodrigo Tem whatsapp mano?nao estranhe,é que a tempo tava querendo conhecer alguém que lembra dessas coisas e,além disso,tu gosta de anime huhauaha
Gambit: You know how long I've been waiting for this? WHOO I'm abouta make a name for myself yea
How did they make this theme so absolutely perfect for Gambit?
With style, Peti. With style.
This theme encapsulates Gambit perfectly.
frfr
Garfield Garland the "I'm just here for pussy" theme.

Gambit Da Playa🃏♠️♥️♦️♣️
Why does this theme make me feel like I'm in a casino?
:'') Thanks X Men. The best childhood.
“The name’s Gambit, mon ami. Remember it.”
I so need to study French.
"The name is Gambit! Remember it!"
That killer side spin kick!! Watch out!!🥊💯👍💪

Trilha sonora perfeita.Obrigado Setsuo Yamamoto.
Gambit's theme is one of the best songs in this game's OST. Truly a charming and timeless song.
Jubilee: "how you do that!"
Gambit:"With style petty ,with style!!!"

The rhythm fits Gambit.
Imagine this playing at a intense gambling casino.
The name is Gyambeet. Ryemembyer it!
Esse tema é a cara do Gambit mesmo.
Gambit about this music:
"Ohh, MonAmi, this is Très-Magnifique, Belle music!"
XD
This is my favourite
Introducing first, from New Orleans, Louisiana, representing the X-Men Blue Team, Remy "The Hammer" LeBeau!!!
I remember as a kid I was shocked he was from Louisiana cause there wasn’t many characters or movies/comics/games that took place out here
That moment when you come to this video to make a Greg "The Hammer" Valentine joke only to find out you already made the joke 4 years ago. Wow.
0:00-0:12 a set of cards float down an elevator and blow up a couple enemies standing in it.
Essa música define o Gambit ...
Henri Silva
devia usar no filme dele

Gambit is one bad mother!!
I always though this theme sounded like it could've been in a Final Fight game.

Espetacular a trilha sonora desse jogo é fantástica.
waiting for a rock cover of this song!!!!
I'M GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THOUGHT THIS THEME SOUNDED SIMILAR TO SHADOW MAN'S ONE FROM MEGAMAN 3
This would be a perfect ring entrance theme.
Its is Greg the Hammer Valentines theme
Cuando este suena en los 🎧 hasta camino como gambit
Melhor tema do jogo para o melhor personagem do jogo, na minha opinião 😉

@FirestormChameleon Wow, that's so right, hey man thanks alot for sharing this with us XD
Makes me gotta get the game right now.
I'm gonna need the Top Spin.
your right all these years i never notice it does kinda sound like a slower shadow man's theme from mega man 3
@Nightavenger2

Song reminds me of the England stage in Final Fight 2.
I always thought it sounded like the "Peter Gunn" theme but now that you mention it, it does sound like Shadow Man's theme.
Bison : stealing my knee attacks are you
Steven Aremu Also Cyclops stole his slide kick
@Ghostlywolf: Capcom most likely didn't use Jubilee because they probably couldn't think of a good move set to give her. If it helps, I would have liked to have seen Storm and Jean Grey in the game playable characters as well.
Essa música do Gambit não sai da minha kbeça. Tive que zerar esse jogo novamente. As OST desse jogo é espetacular. Setsuo Yamamoto lendarioo
