So what I was always told growing up that our Founding Fathers instilled our right to bear arms so that we the American people can have the ability to rise up against corruption in the Government and in our Nation… In addition if those taking the stance of morality against murder are so convicted in their sentiments then they should also feel the same for the UHC CEO, because by his hands people who were denied life saving treatment and ended up dying. In some states you can get charged if you stand there while someone is dying and you do t try to take action by calling 911 or trying to mitigate the situation. So the fact that there potentially could have been hundreds maybe thousands who died by the CEO’s hand would make him a murderer, no? So if anything he killed first, and I’m a firm believer in the golden rule, treat other how you wish to be treated; and since he apparently has disregard for human life, his life in term was given that same treatment. But another thing is, his wife released her statement where she alleges he shared with her he was receiving threats linked to claim denials; so why did he not have security detail present at all times? You would think some who works in insurance would use his security to insure upmost safety in these times where he knows he’s screwing over people and in return had received threats. So in my opinion he himself not utilizing his security detail (that apparently he had access to use) was his fault, not very smart considering the circumstances he was in. And yes it’s sad for the wife and children, but when your husband is comporting himself in uncouth buisness practices he has chosen to be a target, that why people who are in the mafia and such have precautions in place for protection, they know their involved in unscrupulous activity in their buisness practices and know that makes them a target. But again circling back to the right to bear arms, the shooter exercised this practice for the vision our founding fathers had instilled it for and it appears as though the American people have spoken in agreement with the shot taken against corruption. All very interesting.

Not only is he rich and apparently women find him attractive, but he allegedly killed someone the American people seem to legitimately dislike despite not knowing who he was before his assassination. I think this might be the first time I personally don't want the alleged bad guy to go down. So I find it hard to believe they'll find 12 people to determine he's guilty.
I hear you, but what would the defense be??
Dude that’s completely nonsense he assassinated someone you don’t just get off with no prison time for assassination. He had a diary in him that admits to the crime
@@tcdan-c2mlook up Jury Nullification.
A jury can acquit a defendant even if the evidence shows they are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This usually happens with much lower level crimes like drug possession or self defense cases, not typically for Murder one. However some might say OJ benefited from Jury Nullification but that case had did have some reasonable doubt.
It's a real possibility that this happens if this goes to a trial. Even if he does go away for life we need a trial for this that his testimony is on the public record.
They haven't seen anything yet.
Just wait until he's on the witness stand describing his reasons.
