misc content. Sans damage was halved after update and sharp bones now do normal sans damage. Bone attacks have slight cooldown now after update inbetween them. Blue,orange and normal bones now share cooldowns if they are on the same one. Telekinesis burst is anti teleport. Bones now have less start up timer.

Took me a few minutes to figure out myself, the flaming eye only turns on if you have the Blasters equiped
