Forever grateful for getting to document this entire trip, I loved capturing these moments in the form of videos and pictures that I get to share and keep to myself as a souvenir from being in that place.
Part of me was definitely left in Ihwa Village…

You inspired my breakfast tomorrow, it's totally going to be a remake of yours in this vlog, matcha and an avocado eggdrop sandwich sound like a great combination to me so kudos to you for that haha
Also I noticed that coffees are always served with straws, does that have anything to do with Koreans being beauty-obsessed and not wanting to stain their teeth? haha
I love the Daehakro theatrical district, it sounds like the perfect place to be, I'm surprised you didn't stay much as I know it's your thing! But the Ihwa mural village being the main concern of your visit there is an understatement, it's so beautiful, I love the intertwined trees, I bet the walk down there felt so magical and I can't help but wonder how even more mesmerizing it would've been with a better weather with more greens everywhere!
Also, it might not be feasable as I don't have much knowledge about the place and whether or not it's a residential era, but it would've been better if it had a no-parking-policy, because I felt like the cars ruined the cottage vibe it gave off
The leathercrafting workshop totally caught my attention, it would totally be something I'd be very interested in if we had local shops like that over here
I love the city overview at 1:27 with the contrast between the cityscapes and the Ihwa village, almost like two different timelines blending, it was a picturesque view

I love the penis fish haha didn't know they existed before, seemed like something coming straight out of Rick and Morty
I loved the futuristic architecture in the design Plaza, it certainly looked so surreal!
The third singer is so talented, I hope he gets some recognition
I'm curious about the Squid game cookies haha how did they turn out to be? I always imagined them as very sugary cookies haha

I KNOW I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THAT KIND OF FISH EITHER 😂my 10 year old brain still thinks they're funny… the village was filled with magnificent views that I didnt even catch on video, fun fact I kept a literal rock from the park there as a keepsake lol 🙈.
I will confirm that last singer had an amazing voice and accent, the squid game cookies like you said were simply sugar taste haha like burnt caramel that sticks in your teeth for a while and lastly the straw in the coffee was my doing ngl… they serve coffee in those to go cups which is more than enough but I have a fear of any spillage accident as we usually spend the day out in the same outfit we take pictures in so I take a straw with me hahaha 🙈 Thanks again for your thoughtful comment 🥰 love you ❤
