you just rotate, there is no force coming out of the hips. you do not kick, very badly raises your leg. Lack of stretching, broad hips for being overweight or not training properly. Sorry Bro
A Braga perhaps you have a training video that will show your expertise? So far all I see is a one step sparring video that would be easy to over criticize, but I won’t, so I don’t sound as rude as you do. It’s always a better tactic to display some skill yourself before criticizing anyone else. But hey, it’s the internet right!? So easy to be a keyboard expert with no validation. Keep training and I will eagerly await your demonstration video. In the meantime I stand by this demo knowing there are people out there that may be able to do it better. But I made the video and put it out there. Unlike so many critics that do nothing and complain when they see others doing. I don’t know you, I’ve never heard of you, none of the organizations I associate with know who you are, so at the end of the day, as much as I appreciate criticism from people I respect, that does not include you. “Sorry bro”

A Braga I am still training and evolving. I am enjoying this process. I also enjoy helping others improve and have trained people to become far better than myself. That’s what this is about a TRAINING video to help others improve that you chose to discredit. And then quote BUSHIDO to me. You still have yet to prove that you have any ability at all besides that of a internet troll. I will verify that I am responding so you got your rise out of me but I’m sick of this “I can say whatever I want on the internet because I won’t have to back it up” attitude. Where are your training videos (besides a TERRIBLE one steps video from 5 years ago?) where is your school? Where are your students!? Or does you expert level understanding of spin kicks die in your head when you pass on because you have no one to teach it to? Probably nothing to worry about because once again you have yet to show ANY ability at all besides typing. Which once again seems to be the only thing you won’t respond to. Show your ability or keep your mouth shut. Better yet show your ability AND keep your mouth shut! That’ll prove you to be a better martial artist and technician.
