That's on ultra. My ryzen 5 7600x 4070super 32gb ram handles it just fine. But i think 4060 is already enough for 1080p ultra settings.
Just like John said it's on ulta, i9 12900H 5.0 GHz / RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB, nothing too crazy compared to the new stuff coming out lately.
