- We visit a beautiful backyard fish pond in The Netherlands. Completely in traditional Japanese style, beautiful bonsai trees, topiary trees, Japanese maples and of course a large waterfall and a Koi Pond with beautiful Koi fish.

This is my dream backyard! So cool
It is indeed so amazing. Planning to go back in spring or early summer to have a better view with blossoming plants in the garden!

Would be very difficult to have a favourite in this stunning garden. The koi and bonsai are equally beautiful. Not sure about electric heater and the air freshener in the beautiful tea house, think I would have hide them before you filmed. Brilliant drone video, best way to video a koi pond in my opinion. What kind of filter do they have and does it return only down the waterfall. Great video, thanks for sharing. Stay safe and well 👍🏻
The proud owner of this Japanse backyard garden has bonsai and rocks on the first & second place, followed by Koi on the third place. Together creating an oasis of peace.
This pond is filtered by using bottom drain / skimmer via a drum filter and bead filter and returns via the waterfall.
There is also a large plant filter / bog filter, i think about 3-4 metres long in total. Might be interesting to make a video about the setup later.
