Sir could u plz 🙏 create videos based on design of PID controllers using Root Locus and design of compensatory using bode plots because we have exams in a few days
Why did you consider a pole at the origin of the plant? I visualize better when I look at the real and imaginary plane of the root locus, but how do I find out what are the equation and coefficients for the plant? For example, a ball on an inclined plane. How would it be to apply a step error(t) signal to this plant, since it does not stabilize? The ball only receives aceleration. Thank you.

I have a question regarding the use of PID for controlling the 2 motors on an RC car. I was wondering if 2 sets of PID circuit is needed for each individual motor? or a single PID circuit with the 2 motors feedback in the differential op-amp?

+Sahil Shukla : if tempreture is a linear function then one should use proportional controller and for non linear controller one can provide signal conditioning + controlling by PID controller.
