- Midorikawa Hikaru, born May 2, 1968 is a male voice actor from Otawara, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan who is represented by Aoni Production.
He is most known for the roles of Softon in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Tamahome in Fushigi Yugi, Shi Seiran in Saiunkoku Monogatari, Heero Yuy in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Kaede Rukawa in Slam Dunk, Zelgadis Greywords in Slayers and Ryuu Hou in s-CRY-ed, and now in Fate/Unlimited Codes as Zero Lancer.
Apart from having an unusual voice, he plays saxophone, and loves drawing, games and computers. He has been a voice actor since 1988, when he began his career as Murai from Be-Bop High School.
Aside from his seiyuu activities, he is also a J-Pop artist and has been a part of seiyuu-formed bands such as Entertainment Music Unit (E.M.U) and Zero Phoenix. E.M.U was formed by five seiyuu from the radio drama Sotsugyou M (Male Graduation). Aside from him, the other members are Kanna Nobutoshi (previously Hayashi), Okiayu Ryoutarou, Ishikawa Hideo, and Sakaguchi Daisuke. During their run from 1995 to 2000, the group released 8 CDs, 4 singles and countless performances and appearances. Shortly before E.M.U disbanded, he joined with his fellow seiyuu and friend, Kanna Nobutoshi, to create a new group, Zero Phoenix. The duo only released one CD so far titled Kirameki. It's unknown whether or not the group is still together or when they will release another CD.
He manages his own website called Hikaru's Bar. Additionally, he is one of a handful of people to have a blog on Banpresto's Supalog website.

This man in his early-mid 50s and he still voicing handsome youthful characters. Incredibly unique voice, very recognizable, but super fun to hear.

Which would be VERY awesome given Mark Hildreth (Heero's Eng VA) is the voice of Angel in X-Men evolution.

I do like his Heero Yuy voice and btw i got Heero's Gundams like the Wing, Wing Zero both in HG and Wing Zero Endless waltz Real Grade.
Even am still planning on getting RG version of the TV wing gundam and Katoki Redesign of the Wing Gundam, also the Master Grade Ver Ka Wing Zero EW.
