Our originally feral cat who literally adopted us (mostly hubby) 19 years ago passed early this year. She was hubby’s first cat…I’ve had them since childhood. Sammie was different from any other cat I’ve had…not nearly as cuddly but still very sweet. She let my grandson carry her upside down…I rescued her…when he was little. She drew the line at dogs sniffing her bottom…actually drew blood on the nose of our bad mannered Bassett. She warned him many times, lol. Miss her greatly. Some kitties have lived to almost 30…sending vibes for that to your lovely cat. I really enjoy your down to earth videos…I’ve learned a lot. I’m disabled but hope to set up a small tank based on a Sonoran desert creek ecosystem if health permits in the spring… CPDs and other little fish whose colors remind me of a desert sunset. I’m also looking at Endlers.
Very impressed that you’ve kept carnivorous plants going…when I gardened I tended to kill them. I tended to kill I indoor plants but the outdoor gardens flourished.
