That's actually a good thing in my opinion. I feel the quality and content of the videos are worth the wait. A lot of other TH-camrs knocking out videos daily and they are just repetative and not a lot of thought goes into them.

Always impressed with the amount of time and effort that Pat puts into the production of his camping videos. Should be a weekly television show. Pat's videos are better then most of the shows presently on my TV. Continue on Pat and as always cheers!

Sambuca is made with star anice and fennel. it is considered a digestive and no water is usually added in Italy. No wonder you had a good night's sleep. Two aperitifs, a bottle of Chianti and two digestives. I would have probably slept for at least twelve hours. Glad you enjoyed your Italian meal and thank you for taking us along with you. The next time I make Spaghetti con le vongole, I will think of you out on the moors. Best wishes from Rimini, Italy.

Just subscribed 12/01/22. Does anyone else here enjoy a good glass of wine as he his talking, cooking and sipping his own? I don't think it's weird, I think it's just how we cope these days. Back in time it was more personal, these days it's more social media, but if it helps then use it as a tool for coping and use it with no shame. Be safe everyone

My parents still talk of a night out at the Norfolk Arms, which was a popular summer evening haunt in the mid 60s when they married.
Driving back home they were hit by a car as they drove along Ringinglow Road, it didn't stop at a junction and t boned them writing off their beloved Ford Anglia they had only had a few months.
Glad they survived, I still visit the Norfolk Arms, nice beer and great views over the city....... thanks Pat 👍

As you can tell by my surname - i'm very Italian. Big thanks for your Italian tribute to our food and drink. You are totally correct about Rowen trees. Head Druids would carry a Rowen staff as a symbol of their authority. Always love your videos Pat - keep them coming!

Pat.....what a classic presentation. I wish you had brought much more drink as your controlled presentation started to turn into a humorous slight sluring alcohol induced guide to wild camping....I was tucking into a few 4 finger snifters of a single malt and was getting drunk with you. Hi Pat. Such a great film. Thanks for the effort you make to provide these bursts of humanity at its best. You are such a pro! As a side note you may be interested to know that watching this film had a definite effect on my physiology. I have been monitoring my blood pressure for the past week, as requested by my GP, as it has been a little high lately. I tested it an hour before watching this and out of interest tested it again following the viewing. My reading fell by twenty points (systolic) and five points (diastolic) to record a normal result. So, even watching you getting "relaxed" was enough to soothe my soul. Thanks mate. Well done.

Lol that was a proper "cocktail". As a student 20+ years ago i used to live on sambuca - 4 shots for £1! I've NEVER seen sambuca with water - criminal. This has to be your best video.

Good to see you back pal and over the covid. impressive meal as usual and you're correct about swordfish being more like a steak. It's good eating. I liked the way you kept saying 'We're having.......' I wish! Mouthwatering menu without a doubt. Then there's the impressive array of drinks. C'mon Pat, how could anyone say a word about your choice of, or the amount of refreshments you like. I'm totally with you on that'. I noticed your concern about the midges - evil little beasties, but I'm sure I heard somewhere that lemons, as in that lemoncello, would allegedly deter the little blighters. Maybe I'm thinking of those other evil flying devils - mozzies. However, thanks for an entertaining video once again and looking forward to your next one. Cheers Pat and enjoy your sleep time trip.
