Great work, I must say. With advancements in technology, video editing has gotten much easier...So I can only imagine the type of labor you had to go through to put this together. You have a gift.
Having only heard Pitch Shifters later stuff I thought this was a mistake by the uploader, this is the most aggressive Pitchshifter song I've heard. And I fvcking love it.
Lyrics: I see this look, I see this sad look. And all I do, and all I seem to do. I just adopt the same face, the same face Reaction floored (theres nothing there). And its always the same. Torn apart, scratching down. Its all there and its all there. And if I dont then it wont tell me how to feel. Fleeting through, clenching down. Blatant connection - connection. And its always the same. My scars define you and I feel you pushing down. Its all there and its all there. I will not be forced down, and I see past this rage. Take this - you take this, and its all the same
Nobody used those terms at the time this was coming out...I know I was there. We all called it Industrial metal...all those other terminologies came way after. And you'll be telling other folks not yet born the same damn thing about the terminology 'grindcore' years from now when they call it 'bammafadoo' or whatever...lol
@@samleevin no they fuckin didn't. Nothing grindcore at all about early Godflesh. Go listen to em again and put em next to From Enslavement by Napalm Death
I think both versions of Pitchshifter are amazing. And both had a unique twist to their music. It BLOWS MY FUCKING MIND that these guys never blew up. But KMFDM did? Clown world.
Gareth I put this video on my big HD tv and jam out loud as fuck to it with my processor/guitar - funny the audio quality on this cut is so much better at high volume. Good job man! I get my riffs on route 666 with this bad boy
So apparently Mark did the vocals on the first album (named "industrial"). By the time they release their second album submit Mark and JS swapped rolls and has has been the vocalist for pitchshifter ever since.
JS sings the most on "Submit". And yeah, he is singing on this one. Although Mark did sing on a couple of tracks. And one can easily tell the difference.
Submit captured the best Pitch Shifter phase: still Godflesh-inspired like in Industrial, yet with more focused songwriting. Desensetized was more original but too washed out.
I can't believe this little item has made it to U Tube. I edited this in the days of reel to reel tape editing. It nearly killed me.
Well you did a real good job!
+Gareth Evans you edited this videoclip?? youre genius
+Gareth Evans
I see you had the some National Geographic VHS tapes. 'Invisible World'?
Great work, I must say. With advancements in technology, video editing has gotten much easier...So I can only imagine the type of labor you had to go through to put this together.
You have a gift.
Were you one of the guys from Videocore?
This is the Pitchshifter I remember 😊
This song never gets old
Having only heard Pitch Shifters later stuff I thought this was a mistake by the uploader, this is the most aggressive Pitchshifter song I've heard. And I fvcking love it.
This entire album is killer and I've been listening to it for almost 30 years. Still holds up well. The album before this one is also really good 🤘
Their earlier stuff is MUCH heavier.
best time pitchshifter ever had
They were really awesome before nu metal got into their sound
true sons of Godflesh
Facts
an amazing song. I have been llistening to this off and on since 1992 (28 years )
OMG let me tell U.
Metal was the shit back in the 90's !
One of my favorite songs and videos of all time.
when they were still good

I preferred Pitchshifter when they had THIS sound.
All of pitchshifter stuff is really good. Old and new
1996😢
My favourite Pitch Shifter track. Always has been, always will be...
Paddy Campbell you have great taste mines would have to be triad😊
Amontay 77 Desensitized was a cracking album!
This is definitely badass, but I think I prefer Whiteout just a little more because of the bass break in it.
Awesome, just awesome still !
Killer song.
one of my faves from back in the day. pissed off the roommates really badly with it one morning.
Great sound⚡
True industrial metal
Industrial Grindcore actually.
@@samleevin Nope - this is nothing like grindcore. Just regular industrial metal, like Ministry and Godflesh.
@Lozza Godflesh played Grindcore too. At least on their first albums.
@@samleevin no they fuckin didn't. Nothing grindcore at all about early Godflesh. Go listen to em again and put em next to From Enslavement by Napalm Death
IT'S ALL THERE
Бажестна. !!!

En mi opinion era una miel industrial musical pura para las masas

that's JS singing ? Great band.
It's actually Mark - JS was only the bassist when they recorded this.
No JS did vocals on this song and mark was the bass player
So apparently Mark did the vocals on the first album (named "industrial"). By the time they release their second album submit Mark and JS swapped rolls and has has been the vocalist for pitchshifter ever since.

Good quality!
Why can't I find hanger 84
Thanks Damnation Eternal

Always loved this song. Pity I never liked anything else they did!
The whole "Submit" EP (1992) is AWESOME.
Pitchshifter became Pityshifter.
Js clayden with hair wow 😂
John Redcorn on vocals 😂
always/ always the same.
ministry to the bone
nope, Godflesh
@@TheAnalPunisher Actually Ministry's Filth Pig album was influenced by Godflesh
godflesh + ministry = old pitchshifter
Rather unpleasant sounding if I do say so myself.
The way it should be.
