@@aallpp55 just dont saute the onions with the shrimp shells. i used frozen shrimp with no shells so the broth itself wasnt prawny.

Yeah you can use the shrimp heads. Never toss the shrimp heads, i use both the head and the shell to make delicious broth.

Mix some more. Maybe use tapioca flour instead for bounce. Corn for firmness
