What a great, instructive tutorial with fine vocal recording and imaging without distracting instrumental background. Kudos to you and thank you for making this day so much better!

Thank you so much for this tutorial that I need to do quite often. There are other TH-cam tutorials on this that leave out crucial steps, that you don't leave out. For example, when you close the file, I never knew you could click the Photoshop icon to return to your workspace. I usually got stuck when the workspace disappeared, and didn't stop the action.

Usually I have to rewind the tutorials, but not this one. Slow (in a good sense) but thorough.

YOU explained this process perfectly and I followed the steps but it didn't work correctly for some reason. The image size, unit and dpi I need to make for tumblers but results not saved with my specs.

*Honestly, Catana Resizer 1.0 has been a lifesaver for batch resizing. A couple of bucks, but it makes Photoshop way more efficient for large batches!*

good video!! finding after spending hours resizing !!! just wondering though- my images for a certain website can't be bigger than 1000x1000 or under 1MB. I have horizontal and vertical files. can you specify longest side =1000? or maybe I just need to do separate batches of horizontal and vertical images????

This is great. I now have a question, I have several different folders, when I go on a different folder and try to do it again looks like the pictures are resizing but then nothing is on the resized folder.
So do I have to make a new action for every folder?
    Thank you

Can you use this method to batch change the dpi of multiple images that are in different sizes? And do so without changing the sizes, just the dpi? Thank you!

Is it possible to resize, then leave them to REPLACE pics in various nested folders? For instance, I have a Calibre library, and I want to batch resize all the pictures, all named cover.jpg, all in a folder full of folders for each book, then replace the exiting pic with the resized one.

Do you have or can you make a video about how to export quickly different sizes pressing one button? I am photographer beginner and I need to export the same image for different social media, and ... Can I do this tutorial but with PSD files? I have to edit a lot of photos but I don't share them at the moment.so I would like to export all the Projects at the same time or open one buy one and export all the different sizes manually but very fast 🙄.

but this will wreck the jpeg's, it's not doing anything to retain the quality, an A1 resized to 8x10 inch will be wrecked.
