    He was NOT guilty of money laundering, he plead guilty to failing to uphold AML standards. The company will pay a fine and move on. CZ will most likely not even spend time in prison while SBF is looking at +100 years. Binance did not embezzle customer funds like FTX did. Big difference.

      Correct. Terrible and dishonest reporting to compare him with SBF

      Binance was not even based in the U S A, why the U S A used its long arm jurisdiction to fine other countries' companies, I think it is unreasonable and unfair charged and fined Binance and its founder, CZ ....whatsoever.

      No FTX creditors were robbed by SAM to pay over 2 billion liquid to CZ at Binance...obviously does not count the FTT he dropped right after.

    How is CZ a bad influence in the crypto industry, the man has made millions of people interested in BITCOIN and crypto and has been a great leader of the crypto space. Binance will ofc plead guilty so this case will be over - Its a no brainer - 4 billion is nothing for Binance - BTW Binance / CZ was the one who took down FTX

      He performed a public service to the crypto industry. Even with all the regulations in the stock market, Madoff STILL managed to pull on the biggest Ponzi scheme this century and SBF also showed that anyone with the intent to defraud, can do that. His was just simple embezzlement of customer funds. Nothing sophisticated about that crime.

      That's a very naive summary. SBF tried to sell FTX to CZ until he got a look at the books. If he hadn't canceled the sale and let the rest of the world that something fishy was going on at FTX, Sam and his posse might STILL be stealing funds from FTX customers. So he performed a public service.

    • @powerhouse884
      @powerhouse884 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@neowuwei7851 You call me naive and here you are saying he performed a “Public” service. Meanwhile he was doing his shady dealings in other matters. It takes a scammer to know one, thats how he knew something was off.

An entire company and protocol. focus on the company/protocol , not just the stock price or the bitcoin price, I trade and hold profits keep up the great work! and also Kevin Nate Flint has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhance the growth of my portfolio to 17 BTC lately.

    A captivating talk on the world's shift toward digital finance! This change, though intimidating, brings new opportunities. Cryptocurrencies, offering a decentralized alternative to traditional banking, are a key part of this revolution. Imagine a world where financial control is shared among users, not central banks. That's the potential of cryptocurrencies. A special mention to Leavandon paul , whose expertise helped grow my portfolio significantly to over 19!Bitcoin in just a few weeks of venturing into the crypto world.

    across more than 100,000 trades. whats the daily trading volume? i think it's probably more than 100,000 per day. i do not support any of the activities that are accused, but failure to prevent money laundering is only enforceable when the market is traded in USD. the DOJ just made a non-US based company's CEO step down. a DOJ that received a lot of money from SBF, CZ's former top competitor. what interesting timing for a conspiracy charge!
