Wes - nice demo of the stack wagon! I also appreciated the repair part of he video it just helps in understanding how the baler works and what triggers the knotters! nice video as always Wes !
wes, you need t and t schippers foam to wash that poor bailer. keep the good videos coming. *i have used the foam on all my farm equipment and flippin love it*
Love your last video, correcting the people complaining about your equipment breakdowns. I don't care what brand of equipment these guys run, NO piece of equipment can run forever in the conditions you are running in! Dust and dirt are bearing killers in any equipment.
When you say”I don’t wanna say anything about Crone” I thought there was a but coming One ting I can’t figure how you fit in that combine. ... that would be you and you’re big head. Keep on farmin. Barnboy
If you could run a self propelled wagon to stack big bales like an h9880 with a milstak or one of the self propelled milstak machines you would never wanna run that thing you got behind the tractor again !
I have had my proag 16k plus for about 5 years. I will day with experience your 7810 is slow on that stacker even a power shift is slow. Put that 7530 on that wagon and gain I bet 30%. We demo a 8500 stinger it’s only faster on the road in the field with a ivt tractor no different. We bought a retriever truck for our long hauls. For us it was a cheaper option we just stack road side and have the truck do the road hauling. We’re doing 3 krones 1290high speed and keeping up.
The corn foddered up your baler. That's one dusty baler! Hey I would put it to the test too! It would be interesting to see how the other brands would hold up.
Seen videos of the Stinger self propelled stack wagon looks like the real deal!!! Like the comment about being far enough from the baler so as not to jinx it ! Hahaha Making a game out of any repetitive job is the best way to keep it interesting and speed it up ,eg. How fast can I load it this time vs. last or is it quicker to do it this way or the other ? Your son's are catching the urgency bug that you need to get the job done ,good for them!!! Thanks for the video!!
An accumulator?? I think he's talked about them before and doesn't like them. More junk hanging off the back of the baler and all that. Thing is, having 3 bales in one spot sounds like a pain with this machine-- you STILL have to stage them properly and get them into the arms since it only handles TWO per cycle... could be more of a mess than less of one. Later! OL J R :)
I watched a video with the 16k stack wagon ad the guys running the had bumper on the front of there tractor. They hit those bales running 10 -12mph and as soon as the bale hit the wagon the were gone again. They were running 4 big bailers w/8300 R tractors. I think they were contracted to bale the hay
Thank you for showing us how the stacker works. Very interesting. I had no idea how they work. Maintenance question: How often do you change the oil on these big John Deere? Especially on the road like this. I'm guessing you change the hydraulics fluid once a year?
Oh the joys of getting sidetracked. 3:37 you were going to show where an elusive 30 amp fuse is located. And then a plug for WD-40 Garage Door Lube with Teflon. Grin
So, just out of curiosity because this question may have already been asked would a JCB tractor that has higher road speed then the John Deere work better for you?
Hey I was just coming to the comments section to mention the same thing. Higher road speed and a higher field speed would also be attainable with the 4 wheel suspension. A 3220 would probably do the job quite nicely.
JoshCRD The four wheel suspension was something that I had forgotten about but either way the IVT style transmission faster road speeds would work well I think despite the fact that most likely because I did not grow up around that type of tractor I think it’s ugly as hell
@@danielkacko7616 having driven fastracs bale chasing and worked for a man that has had a few I would say they are good for chasing from a speed and comfort point of view but for reliability they are very poor.
I guess we accept equipment breaking down when it get worn out or something like a chunk of wood or rock goes thru it. Having something as basic as a control motor that gets no extra work is unacceptable. Imagine if the parts on our cars were that unreliable. I think that motor unit should be on the manufacturer.
Don Mathias how shits going to fail nothing last for ever and in the conditions that balers work in its no surprise u have the odd electrical thing going wrong

Thanks for a great video. I really enjoy watching and learning how the equipment works.
A portable JD air compressor would look real nice in the back of that service truck..........
There really isn't a huge need for one aside from blowing up tires, with how good cordless tools are now.
I like these night-time video releases...
Keeps me from watching on my phone during the day while I'm driving...
You should really get a 3000 series JCB Fastrac, cheaper and as efficient as those truck mounted stackers.
Matevz96 there ain’t exactly very reliable and a don’t think parts are that easy to get

I think I would let messicks go thru the balers this winter for a fresh set of eyes might save you some headaches be alittle more money
Rem oil gun oil with Teflon works really well also and it’s available just about anywhere
Great video Wes thanks for sharing have a great day and stay safe out there
That 7810 is a beast with her new tires!
8:47 ... and we never found out what Timothy flat-out refused!
It's funny how you mention the stinger truck, now I'm getting videos on my home feed about it.
The jd 7530 with IVT transmission, pulling the baler, should have a Hydraulic/Transmission fluid change (around 40 gallons) every 1500 hours.
When you say”I don’t wanna say anything about Crone” I thought there was a but coming

And right in mid-sentence,that's the end of the video Wes.
Top notch as usual.😎👍
Seems like you are depending on Joe more and more.
WD-40 garage door lube with Teflon.... Is that the secret sauce you weren't gonna tell about?
Thanks for showing how the stack wagon works.
Would setting the air to blow much more frequently on the knotters help with wear and maintenance issues?
no

You need one of those wagons you hook right behind your baler that carry’s three bales that way you have three bales in one spot.
An accumulator?? I think he's talked about them before and doesn't like them. More junk hanging off the back of the baler and all that. Joe seems like he’s a good operator now 👏
Damn, just getting into it. Too short. Good video, Wes!
You need a jcb fastrack with that stacker
Rock makes since just like wood bearing it kept you going for a while

Since you already have an European baler you like...
You could also go European on the autostacker... Like the Arcusin Autostacker lineup.
Hate to say, but I think Tim is better with the stack wagon.
Zena warrior princess.... so many won’t know who that is. 😂
SO GLAD I know you because you make my life seem so easy.! THUMBS UP WES
Would a turn bar on the front of the tractor help? So you can run on the rows instead of against?
Would make sense to put a turn device on the baler. But you are right, running across the strips is really hard on gear and the body and much slower.
Wesley what happened to the right side front fender On the 7810 ?
That 7530 looks sexy on those bkt’s. 😃😃😃
That looks like a windshield wiper mechanism
Once upon a midnight dreary...
Wes- very soon your baler will just be the color of dust. It is almost there now.
What happened to your front fender on the 7810?
"Once upon a midnight dreary..."
Great video, that motor almost looks like a windshield wiper motor.. BTW I thought your equipment never broke lol
Luckily Messicks had that in stock if that would be mine they'd have to order that motor and couldn't get it till next week if paid extra $100
What are your thoughts on the American eagle bale stacker?
Somebody tell me what's happening back at Wes' home farm?
Like the video West , and man theres dusty day .
So, just out of curiosity because this question may have already been asked would a JCB tractor that has higher road speed then the John Deere work better for you?
Wouldn't be a bad idea

Jcb is a pretty good tractor, up to 50+ mph depending on the setup and local laws. It is a bit off a oddball tho, pretty common machine here in Europe

Where did the right fender go OLF?
Always interesting
Dumping oil, spinning bearings lol oh Wes
Great vid!
used 3 series Fastrac + your old Stack Wagon is way cheaper then the stinger .

Interesting wd 40 eith teflon.
Missing the right front fender? 7410
Cool video
Don’t get me wrong I like your bale chaser, but a Heath Superchaser is faster, simpler and carries more bales !.
The Krone is a dirty-dirty girl. Just about can't read the sides. Lol.
First look - That looks expensive !
Looks like a windscreenwipermotor
If it's a machine it will fail, thats coming from a machine guy
👍👍
good job all enjoyed the video thanks wes
So that stack wagon has it’s on controller instead of using you SCV levers
How's the home farm doing
Why did the plumber need to keep fixing the crack?
The plumber was using the wrong tool for the job.
Comment
Try gt85 if you can get it, far better, apossed to wd40
🤔 Yeah, it can't hear👂 me 🤣
Hiya Wes
interesting
Second. Damn it lol. Notification popped up, had to stop studying for my certification exams, because priorities.
Is your dad/nephew baling back at home?
How's your haying back home going
What's up Wes !!!
Don't forget to wax your baler
Krone BaleCollect not for you?
Looks like you are no longer stuck at 139000
talk about dirt on your equipment lol geez
when we baled corn stalks we replaced lots of pickup teeth .
Get a mill stak
